Refunds and Exchanges: We want you to be thrilled with your Pri & Co Designs purchase. In the unfortunate event of damage or a fault during shipping, we require you to submit an image as proof within 5 days of receiving the product. Based on our evaluation, we will determine whether a refund or exchange is the most suitable solution.

Please note that refunds will only be processed in cases of verified damage or faults during shipping.

Returns: If you need to return an item, you have 5 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate the return process. We regret that we cannot accept returns beyond this timeframe. To start a return, please contact our customer support team at priandcodesigns@gmail.comwith your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us at their own cost. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process to ensure a seamless experience.
